Pink, red, white and black stitched blouse with fringe on bottom

Stitched sleeveless blouse. Scoop neck, with button on nape. Extra button included on tags. Black fringe along bottom of entire blouse. Never been worn, tags still attached. Size XS but since it’s boxy, it could also fit a size S
