Pink skater dress by Warehouse (British brand).

It is fitting and has a skirt that flares out. The fabric is subtly embroidered and textured (see pic). When laid flat, it measures 12 pit to pit and 11 waist. It stretches when worn. It fits me and I am 5'3, waist 12.5 and bust 16 (see pics). Only worn twice.
