Bright pink terry cloth skirt by Delia’s. Elastic waistband and tie in front. Perfect for casual summer outings or just as loungewear. There is a small spot on the back but other than that it’s in perfect condition. Waist to hem is 15 inches. The waist is about 25.5 inches at its smallest but is expandable. Made with cotton and polyester.
