Pink vintage necklace - Queen conch beads (?)

Beautiful necklace with pink and white disc shaped beads. I believe the beads are conch shell, especially due to the imperfections that are found on them. It's a great choker length (approx 15.5 inches long). The clasp is a gold toned, screw closure.
