New with tag Never worn before Super adorable pink with brown flower accent plus small iridescent bead accents at top of hat throughout. Brand new and no stains or tears. In excellent new condition 100% Wool I purchased this retail, but never had an occasion to wear it. It just looks lovely in my closet.
