@summer2winter Hello, the breast is 16 and a half or 17 cm if you really stretch it, the length is 34 cm and the bottom is flared so there is no waist or anything holding it in a certain position. The dress simply just flares out. Let me send you a picture of it on a flat surface too. Hope this helps!!
