Pinko Italy Elegant Black Skirt With Slit

The pictures don't quite convey how gorgeous of a skirt this is! It's super elegant and has a lovely slit up the side that you velcro together. Tag says a size 4, but I put this at a size 0 as it's very tiny. I'm 115 pounds, 5'1" and it's too tight on my hips. So...think teeny for this!
