Pink/white brocade midi dress, Sz 2?

Found it in Manhattan NYC Looks to be custom made Maybe by a fashion student? Unfinished/raw hem Hidden zipper on back Lined with white polyester(?) fabric Darts on the bust Sash is sewn on the top back of dress and the long piece is loose, I assume to hang over the shoulder as pictured, but maybe you have other ideas Beautiful white and pink brocade fabric, notice the sash is reverse of the dress (other side of the fabric?) Sz 2? Pit to pit 14.5” Waist 14.25” across Hip 19” across Length 44.5” Like new One of a kind!
