Pinkyotto Green Shorts/ Skort Sz S

Super cute, bright green Pinkyotto with yellow, red, and white bird print. Fun design with a loose, draped front and looks like a skort, while the back looks more like shorts. Elastic waist and super breathable, perfect for summer. Measurements flat Waist 13” to 17” Rise 13” Length 1” but the crotch hangs down and makes them longer. Approximately 3” or longer. Very minor stain on back, barely noticeable (see second to last pic)
