Pinkyotto floral ruffle dress

This is a really well made floral shift dress. Flouncy sleeves, elastic around bust (to be tighter or looser), v neck, and layered bottom- it’s really great! It can be dressed up or down, worn with flip flops or boots and tights. It is not too short and the added layers give it some weight so it doesn’t fly up with a gust of a wind.
