Pins & Needles Black Mesh Top Tulle Dress

Pins & Needles mesh top tulle dress in black. Long mesh sleeves, sweetheart neckline with mesh, button close back & hidden side zipper. Lined. The only imperfection is under the arm on the zipper side (pictured)- it may need to be reinforced. A few stitches will suffice. It is not ripped, but it is loose. Most likely not noticeable when worn. Worn only once at a Christmas party two years ago. Just wish it still fit me! White Pins & Needles tag was cut by me (would have been visible when worn).
