Pins & Needles blue floral dress

Super cute Pins & Needles (UO) sleeveless dress. Deep v neck with floral skirt. Roomy in the waist & hips. Rarely worn & in fantastic condition. I love this dress SO SO much but I'm not blessed in my chest enough to fill out the top. If they had an XS it'd be perfect for me. I've tried wearing a cami & it doesn't look bad but takes away from the dress IMO. I would love for someone to appreciate this dress more. Feel free to ask questions!
