Pins & Needles chambray skirt

This is a super cute, flouncy, flirty skirt. Versatile enough to go fancy with heels or to a picnic with flip flops! 16” waist is adjustable with two 36” long ties attached on either side which can be tied in a bow over the hip, navel or in back. 8” side zip. Skirt is 18” long. Couture size 12 means it fits more like a standard size 6. It is meant to be worn high waisted but I prefer to wear things around my hips, so it didn’t work for me! It would look great with a tucked in shirt;)
