Pins and needles brand dress bought from Urban Outfitters. Worn once for my bachelorette party. Really cute. Not super short. Cream top, silver “belt” and dark cream lace bottom (one piece). Has some stain on the front. I have never tried to clean it so you could dry clean it and probably get it out. Not super noticeable.
