Gorgeous dress from Pins and Needles. Back is low cut and the whole dress is made up of a metallic mesh/lace overlay. Black with silver- super sparkly and pretty! Cap flutter sleeve and scalloped hem. Worn once to a wedding, in great condition. Let me know if you need more measurements or photos!
