@littlebirdloves so sorry for missing your question! The waist is approximately 12.5 inches at the narrowest part, and the bust is about 15 inches at the widest (armpit to armpit). The fabric is fairly stiff with little stretch, which is why I hardly wore this beauty. She ran a little small! I also updated the listing to show photos of where exactly I measured.
