Pinup Couture Oranges Border Jenny w/Cardigan XL

Orange border Jenny XL: This is an original run Oranges Border Jenny Dresswithout pockets.  I bought it NWT, but as the seller was packaging it up, she found a spot on the back (see photo). I have tried spot treating it to no avail. I wore the yellow XL Mak cardigan with it, and will include with the purchase price, if you desire. The boning is intact and is not bowed or warped. I've worn the dress twice, and it has been dry cleaned.
