@vampygirl13 Hello! The bust is approximately 32” flat with an extra 2” of give (ruching in chest.) The narrowest portion of the dress is 26”
Given that it flares around the waist and hips, there’s some bandwidth here.

For reference, I’m a 32 - 34H and the bust fits with the cut. I usually wear a 0 - 4 in bottoms and the Heidi small fits.
