Pinup Girl Clothing/Pinup Couture Petite Jenny Skirt in Victorian Stripe size XS

Very cute, Tim Burton-esque full gathered skirt in black with thin white stripes, great for Halloween outfits or a Jack Skellington Disneybound. This skirt has generous pockets and a back zip. It's the petite version of PUG's Jenny skirt. In very good condition, only worn a couple of times. Measures approximately 12.24" across the waistband and 23.25" long. All items come from a smoke-free but dog-friendly home.
