Brand new with tags ice blue harlequin jenny dress ,size small ,too big for me :( love the colors ,ended up buying the skirt version and this has been in my closet all this time unworn..would like to see it go to someone who can enjoy it 😁 flat waist measurement is 13 inches ,flat bust is 15 unstretched/16 stretched ..there is some elastic on the back ,I added a picture ,length of skirt from waist is 24 inches .

devonmusic @atomicmomma73 I am 32 b cup and it is too big for me .I am in between sizes in as I am petite on top and my waist is around 25.5 -26 . the bodice has some boning so it has a lot of cup room if that helps any .. plus the material has some give with wear as most of the PUG dresses do but its not stretchy .this style tends to mold to the body I've heard . I would go to the website to look at the jenny dress, also there is a facebook group that gives great feedback on fit ! Hope this helps !
