Piper & Blue Gray Elastic Waist Leggings Lace Trim Juniors XL Cotton Rayon Blend

Piper & Blue gray leggings are juniors size XL. Elastic waist leggings have a lace trim. I thought these would fit me but I have no hips and they fall down. Made in Vietnam of 53% cotton 43% rayon 4% spandex. Waist 33” rise 9.5” inseam is a little over 21” but with lace it’s 22”.
