Piper and Scoot Size Medium Short-Sleeved Floral Maxi Dress

NWOT. Did not come with tag attached, just in a plastic bag with item barcode. Brand New never worn. The dress color is creamy off white. Front hem is layered and exposes feet. I am 5'4" and it was long in the back, would need 2" heels to prevent dragging. Beautiful heavy rayon/polyester fabric. Comes lined.
