These are the famous Manhattan pants by Piphany in black. They are size XS and condition is NWOT. I bought these in every color available at the time, because they are so amazing! They fit like a dream and have the perfect amount of stretch. They are the perfect staple to any wardrobe! Unfortunately I have discovered they are too short for me. They have fake pockets in front and real pockets in the rear.

@reynine Hi there! The piphany xsmall pants have a 26 inch waist. They have 3% spandex so also have a pretty good amount of stretch!
