Is length measured from base of collar or high point of shoulder?

@lukeemail0716 hi there. I measured it from high shoulder to bottom of hem. Happy to re-measure if you’d like any other measurements. For fit reference, my husband is 6’2” and this is a little short in the torso for his fit preferences.
