Pirate costume

Needs to ship separately. Gorgeous costume purchased while at renaissance festival on “pirates” day. Hoop skirt! Velvet feel too, silky skirt. Has tear on upper right side of bodice (pictured) but had to look for it. Unfortunately no tags but she was size 7/8 when purchased and fit great. Spots on red skirt. Suspect it may have been from frozen slush but not sure how to treat (If able to) pictured. Netting covers/ disguises it Hoop had cracked but still fluffs like it supposed to
