Pistachio Green Bohemian Ruffled Tunic Dress

Oh So Cute! Bohemian style ruffled Tunic dress, size small. This dress has quarter sleeves and a low neck line that can be worn with or without something underneath ;) It is perfect for summer or later for winter layering. There is a millimeter practically unnoticeable hole on the left hip line. This dress will fit extra small/ petite small. I wore this dress only a few times but did not want to part with it because I love looking at the color!
