Do they run big for a 25! Stretchy? Waist across measurements?

@jazzyemad08 Hi! I would say that they run at a true size 25! They aren’t extremely stretchy, but they do have a little stretch to them. The waist across measurement from the front is 13’ but the full waist measurement is 25.5-26’!
