Pixie Market Ruffle, fringe, embroidery Mini Dress

Super unique dress I got from Pixie Market in NYC. It’s a black & white cheetah type print, pretty thin material. The neckline has bright embroidery and pink threads looped as fringes. There is an electric synch at the waist line. The dress is on the shorter side, especially if you’re tall and have a booty. Never seen another dress like this!!
