Placard Originals Ophelia Tie Dye Betty Bustle Dress, Girls Size 9/10 Dress has a high-low hem with two sections at the back that can be bustled to give a layered affect. Tulle at the hem is still in great shape. There are some elastic pieces that are working their way out in places where the tulle meets the fabric hem (pic 5) that are hard to even see, but I wanted to note them to be safe. There is some light wash wear since this dress was well-loved. Always machine washed and laid flat to dry. Dress has never been hung by the shoulders for storage to avoid stretching.
