jencrawf0rd hey! I noticed you purchased something from the user auramonterroso. I purchased something from her too and was wondering if you experienced a long ship time from them? their average ship time says 6 days and it's been longer than that for me 😫 I'm sorry to contact you like this, I'm just worried now.

sh0pfun @jencrawf0rd Hi! Yes it took her like 8 or 9 days to ship, and she didn't answered during that time, but at the end I got my shoes and they were worth the wait, lol. The shoes were exactly as described, and I appreciated that she didn't lie about shipping the shoes sooner like other sellers that they tell you they shipped, but you can clearly see on the tracking they didn't... I really hate that.

sh0pfun @jencrawf0rd the apps says that last time she was active was on May 30th, and her description on the item you bought says that she went into labor, and now she was back, so I'm assuming she must be pretty busy with the new baby. I hope you get an update, and remember that you can always cancel the transaction.

sh0pfun @jencrawf0rd it doesn't matter, you get your money back, the seller has up to 7 days to ship the item, if they fail to ship and no answers, you can always cancel. Poshmark is a great app, they do have a great buyer/seller protection policy.

sh0pfun @jencrawf0rd correct, you have 3 days after you receive your item to really inspect it, if the item is not as described, or has damage to it, you can return after submitting evidence of this, they accept your case and you get your money back. But you can't return just because you didn't like or wrong fitting.

I have had really bad luck this year with pretty much all my purchases; they have come either damaged, or not as described, or fake :( But I'm glad Poshmark has such a great seller/buyer policy protection.
