Plaid 90s floral dress

like new, worn once plaid dress, zipper and adjustable tie back / straps. tag size Large, best fits someone dress size 10-12. I'm 5"1 , this came right below my knee, I wear 145lbs , 36D and this was slightly big on me, I'm normally a size 8.
