Plaid American Eagle Off-The-Shoulder Dress

Large, flowy, preppy, off the shoulder dress from American Eagle! Features ruffle along the top and on the sleeves. Cute for spring/summer. Only worn once, but has been altered so the band at the top is slightly tighter, has been taken in in 2 places on the back (see 4th pic). Due to this, the sleeves are slightly back when put on. Also has a snag on the front/left side of the dress. Fabric is very soft and light
