di_modvault @patriceoreilly Ok. So it has adjustable straps so it is 28 - 32 inches from top of strap to hem depending on where you adjust the straps. From the bottom of the Empire waistline (about an inch under your bra strap) to the hem is 17". Hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

di_modvault @ilovethe805 Sorry I took longer than I expected. So the length is in the comment above. The empire waistband measures 16" across so it should fit a 32 bra size. The straps are adjustable. Hope the measurements help!
