Plaid Banded Blouse with Buttons & Ruffles

This plaid is to die for! Top is sheer crepe in black and off-white, with a black built in spaghetti strap tank underneath (attached at shoulders). High collar neckline, with four buttons down midway. You can wear buttoned up, or unbuttoned - both are cute! Elastic banded at the bottom, very flattering! Ruffle accents here and there. Perfect for the office, or going out to dinner! Good used condition.
