Plaid Express Skirt with Pockets

Express Plaid Mini skirt (18” from top to bottom of skirt—measurement taken down the center of the skirt). Bonus—it has pockets! Waist measures 14 1/4 inches across Laid flat. The fabric is on the heavier side, but has a little stretch to it and it is lined. A nice fall/winter skirt!
