bluelagoondream Ok so the very top of the waist circumference is approx 27 inches total, leg length is a little over 41 inches, inseam is approx 31 inches. From top of the waist to top of inseam (rise length?) it is approx 9 inches. Also, if helpful, (since these are high waisted) the widest part of waist circumference was about 31 inches. That being said, the material does have some stretchiness to it. I hope this helps. :)
