Plaid Lightweight Pop-Over Dress, LOFT, Size Medium

Pretty black watch-like green, blue, and black plaid pop-over dress with matching string tie belt. It hits just above knee and would work over leggings or on own of course. Sleeves are 3/4 length with light bell ruffle. LOFT Medium is 6-8 easily. Fabric is sort of gauzelike with matching solid black lining.
