Mixed plaid mini dress from Target. Can be tied around neck or in the front (see picture) Tags were cut out but I think it’s a small. Measurements are length 25 1/2 inches, armpit to armpit is 13 inches and waist is 16 1/2 inches. All measurements are approximate. EUC
