Made in USA, Women's black and white plaid shorts looks gray. Waist = 29. Rise = 14. 50% polyester 50% rayon. Machine wash and dry. Some minor raveling around button hole, otherwise, like new condition. Smoke free pet free household. On my screen there is some blue in the photos but this is possibly a reflection in the camera. These are black and white.
