Hi, is this 100% wool? Does it come w/ the pin? I'm 5'5" 114lbs, would need a 15" laying flat waist and hip 17". Bet it may fit if I move the button over? What do you think? thx🌻🌻🌻🌻

@29902 hi! Yes this is a wool skirt :) the buttons are sewn on but can be taken off and re-sewn if need be. I can see if there’s a tag with fabric content and will post a pic of that!
