@ijisabellajones Hi! It may possibly fit a medium depending on where you need extra space. It is stretchy in the back at the top to allow more space around the chest, but it is not stretchy at the bottom. Laying flat, the bottom measures 20 1/4 inches. @ijisabellajones No problem! Armpit to armpit is 15 1/2 inches. The inside space between the two straps is 7 5/8 inches. Let me know if you have any other questions!
