Plaid Turtleneck Sweater Poncho

Plaid poncho with sleeve holes and oversized turtleneck with fringe at bottom. Like new and always received compliments! No size, so I believe it is one size fits all...but I am a medium now, and I feel it is too large on me. Probably best for someone that is sizes large to 3X. Purchased for almost $90.
