Black and white bandeau/crop top. Zips in back. 90’s/00’s vibes. The tag says small but I think it fits more like an x-small. It fits tight and the fabric is stretchy. It is fully lined and not see-through. It’s cute under an open cardigan, but can also be worn alone.
