ngeffros The emails should have been saying problem with shipping. IE it hasn't shipped out yet. You stated you were shipping it a week ago. Has it shipped yet??

ngeffros The order was placed on the 28 of May it is now June 19. I see the item is now showing as cancelled. I still want them. How can we proceed

jayraecay @ngeffros like I said, I had multiple emails telling me not to ship. No direction as to how to proceed with shipping. It simply said do not ship. I am very adamant about keeping people happy so I wouldn't just not ship... Please check with poshmark and make sure nothing is happening to your account and I'll do the same because this doesn't seem right to me. Sorry for the inconvenience.

ngeffros I know my account is fine. I have made several purchases this week. I am the one that initiated the emails. You stated that you are shipping them out on this past Saturday. You never informed me that there were issues printing the label until I had reached out to you. Even shipping them out last Saturday would've been several weeks after the purchase was made so I contacted them to contact you to find out what was going on

jayraecay @ngeffros I had until the 7th to ship and I sent you a message on the 5th or 6th I believe about the print issue. Then I receive an email on the 7th not to ship and it was from a personal email account, not poshmark. Then continued to receive more emails. Some from poshmark and some from the other email. This is extremely confusing so if you still want them please verify that with poshmark so I can print a new and valid shipping label and I will take them to the post office today
