Plaid dress with collar

Sheer dress with collar, plaid print, and tiny sleeve. Slip around the skirt and front top half of dress as well. Slightly sheer on the top back (see photos). Flattering elastic band around waste. Flowy and adorable, yet professional looking as well. The dress is a navy with red, and some black details as well as a black collar. Hangs above the knee.
