Plaid mini dress with flirty ruffle. I bought this at Zara over 10 years ago? Size 0 or XS. I’m a small, but it’s now simply too small for me! Wear it with knee-high black boots or chunky boots for a fun outfit! The skirt part fits on low the hips.
