Plaid scoop-neck top/dress

Can be worn two ways as a mini dress or as a top. I'm 5'2" and the dress hits at the middle of my thigh (so can be high if you're daring!). I've worn it both ways! it also has pockets! who doesn't love pockets! good condition. No holes or stains.
