Plaid skirt with chain

This skirt is from a boutique in LA. It screams sassy and fearless. It is a thin material making it feel super lightweight but the chain gives it some weight. Is would be cute paired with some chunkier boots and a plain white or black tank or tee! The tags aren’t on it but it has never been worn. The clasp on the inside is a little loose but can be fixed easily with some thread.
