Plaid strapless dress - never worn with tags from south moon under

This dress would be super cozy for fall - it’s a plaid shirt in dress form! I can’t recall when I bought it but it’s never been worn and still has tags. I feel like it would look so cute with brown boots. One of the straps for hanging is broken but otherwise in perfect condition
