Plaid summer mini dress from urban outfitters

This dress is so cute with gold hoops for going out. I have worn it a grand total of 2x in the 4+ years I’ve owned it and it deserves more love!! Straps are adjustable, zipper at mid-back. I am a 32e/34d and this is fine for my boobs but I prob wouldn’t go much wider in the ribs than that. note that I am 5’ tall so the “mini” aspect is serious!! I’ve worn this with wedges to a graduation and out for drinks. 24” top to bottom (not counting straps) 17” bust 15” below bust 18” at midsection
